The factors affecting our workforce have changed post pandemic and in light of current economic conditions. WKRC TV reporter Paula Toti asked our John Schmitz how he sees the job market evolving in recent weeks.

“It went from a completely employee market to slowly migrating to more of employers. We aren’t there yet, but it seems to be shifting.” Schmitz adds, even though it’s a time for more caution , he sees employers in hot fields offering raises that keep up with inflation of 8-9%.
